📜 Internal Regulations
UPA EVENT

This page presents all the rules and principles governing the operation of UPA EVENT.
It defines the commitments, responsibilities and expected behaviors of members, streamers, moderators and partners in order to guarantee supportive, respectful events organized in a spirit of goodwill.

PREAMBLE

These internal regulations are established in accordance with the statutes of the UPA EVENT association.
Its purpose is to specify the organizational and internal operating procedures of the association, as well as the rights and obligations of its members, volunteers, partners and event participants.

It applies to any person participating, in any capacity whatsoever, in the activities organised by the association.

ARTICLE 1

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This regulation applies:

  • To the members

  • To the members of the board and leaders

  • To the volunteers

  • To partner streamers

  • To the moderators and staff members

  • To anyone participating in events organized by the association, whether in person or online

 

Membership or participation in an activity constitutes full and complete acceptance of these regulations.

ARTICLE 2

FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES

The association operates in accordance with the following principles:

  • Political and religious neutrality

  • Respect for human dignity

  • Non-discrimination

  • Integrity and transparency in charitable actions

  • Compliance with current French and European legislation

Any behavior contrary to these principles may be subject to disciplinary measures.

ARTICLE 3

ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE

The association is administered in accordance with its statutes.

The office is solely responsible for:

  • Defining strategic directions

  • Organize events

  • Validate the partnerships

  • Take all disciplinary decisions

 

The decisions of the board are binding on all members.

ARTICLE 4

FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES

The association operates in accordance with the following principles:

  • Political and religious neutrality

  • Respect for human dignity

  • Non-discrimination

  • Integrity and transparency in charitable actions

  • Compliance with current French and European legislation
